At the time where (DAAM) records with satisfaction that the final version of the law was responsive to the aspirations of the Tunisian society in general, the organizations and the proficient associations in order to establish one of the most important constitutional principles stipulated in Article 32 of the Constitution, that is to say the right of access to information, the center calls the concerned authorities to expedite the enactment of regulatory orders for the proper use of this right in particular from the public, and in order to enable the administration from the legal mechanisms to respond to the requests submitted to it in the purpose.
